We are thrilled to share exciting progress on our capital campaign, A New Home for Hope, for Grand Strand Humane Society!

Over the past four years, our dedicated leadership team has been diligently working to bring this vision to life. We are collaborating with the talented architects at LS3P on the overall design, while Earthworks is handling the engineering plans. Our general contractor, FBI Construction, is on board with us for the construction design.

We are in the final stages of the construction design process and anticipate submitting the construction documents for review within just a few weeks! Although this has been an arduous journey, we are confident that we have designed a facility that is not only functional but also worthy of our beloved animals and the community we serve.

We understand how patiently our community has awaited this moment, and we share your eagerness to “put shovels in the ground.” Rest assured, we are committed to keeping you updated on our progress as we move forward in this exciting endeavor. Together, we will create a new home filled with hope for our furry friends!
